Newfield

Near Town Line Road, Newfield. If I were Marty Poole, I might have set up an easel, begun painting. Lacking any such abilities, but determined nonetheless to capture something of the evening, I set up my tripod instead.

All I can say is beautiful! To capture a moment like this is rare...the elements in play...the colors working together...the light causing that magical glow...wondrous!

Thanks, baby. What makes all these times and places special for me is sharing them with you. Whether you're in the shot or not, you're always part of the picture.

Mark-- When I saw these shots all I could think was Marty Poole. It's funny how some artist's work finds it way into your perceptions of the world.

Some skies evoke N.C. Wyeth for me. Deep blues, big brightly lit white clouds, I think 'That's a Wyeth sky.' And those wonderful rolling fields along 13 near Mazourek Farms always make me think of your work.
